Students must be picked up within 15 minutes of their class end time.
Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be asked to observe class.
Cell phones must be silenced or turned off during class.
Only water is permitted in the studios.
Chewing gum is strictly prohibited in and around the premises.
Unless otherwise specified by parent or guardian, Golden State Ballet & Pilates reserves the right to use any photo/video obtained in the studios or on stage for social media and promotional material.
We accept cash, checks, and cards as payment. Checks can be made payable to Golden State Ballet & Pilates.
There is an annual non-refundable $35 registration fee per family due upon enrollment.
Families with 2 or more children enrolled, receive a 10% discount on tuition. Each additional sibling will receive an extra 5% discount. (Cannot be combined with military discount)
We offer 10% military discounts with valid ID. (Cannot be combined with family discount)
Privates must be paid for and scheduled in advance.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled privates. Privates that are not cancelled within a 24-hour period will be charged the full amount.
All tuition, including registration fees, is non-refundable. Any payment more than one week late will be subject to a $25 late fee. All classes must be paid for in advance.
Any returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes in order to ensure progress.
Students should not attend classes when ill, and return only when symptoms have subsided in order to prevent the spread of germs to other students and teachers.
Classes not attended do not roll over into the next month. Make-up classes must be completed within the paid month at the student's current level or below.
