What Should I Wear?
Wear comfortable form-fitting clothing that you can move in, so that we can ensure proper alignment. For safety and hygiene, all clients must wear socks. Grip socks are available for $5/pair at the studio.
Please avoid wearing pants with buttons and zippers. No jeans.
Please avoid wearing long earrings and tie back long hair to avoid hair getting caught in the equipment.
What is the recommended frequency?
For optimal results, we recommend Pilates at least three times per week. A regular and consistent practice will accelerate your results and enhance your overall health.
