Classical Ballet

Classical ballet is the foundation for all forms of dance. Our carefully crafted ballet curriculum builds versatile dancers with diverse strengths by expertly combining the speed and dynamics of the Balanchine style, the clarity and precision of the Vaganova method, with the bravura and strength of the Cuban method.

Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that allows for creative freedom while pushing boundaries. It doesn't have fixed or established moment patterns, but rather calls on dancers to make use of varied modern and classical techniques to search for new forms and dynamics. It is heavily rooted in deep, grounded movement and lends itself to allowing more expression, emotion, and creativity, which is a great contrast to ballet.

Urban Choreography

Urban choreography is an evolved mixture of styles highly influenced by rhythm and essence of song.Urban dance has become so popular, it has made its way into the forefront of commercial dance today.

Modern dance is a form of contemporary movement employing a special technique for developing the use of the entire body in movements expressive of abstract ideas. Famous modern choreographers include Martha Graham, Jose Limon, and Lester Horton.
